It is applicable to the CEN-CENELEC Management Centre, to CEN-CENELEC Members, to Affiliates, to Partner Standardization Bodies and to any distributors or licensees of these parties. This CEN-CENELEC Guide 10:2010 replaces all previous versions of Guide 10.
