Specifies conditions of manufacture (steelmaking, chemical composition, chemical analysis, weldability, application, mechanical properties, surface condition), dimensional tolerances, sampling, mechanical property tests (tensile test, bend test), retests, resubmission, workmanship, inspection and acceptance, coil size, marking, information to be supplied by the purchaser.
