Scope

This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 5746:1982). specifies the principal dimensions of these pliers and the test values in order to verify their aplitude to function in conformity with ISO 5744. General technical requirements: see ISO 5743. The figures in ISO 5746 are examples only and are not intended to affect the manufactuere' s design.
