Scope

This second edition cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 7226:1985), of which it constitutes a minor revision. Specifies the general dimensions of hexagonal for certain suze ofISO metric threads, ISO inch threads and pipe threads, as well as the non-preferred thread series BSW, BSF and BA. Gives the marking of these dienuts.
