Scope

Specifies performance, test methods, control forces and component strengths for brakes fitted to powered industrial trucks with rated capacities up to 50 000 kg. Applicable to high-lift, low-lift, non-lifting powered industrial trucks and stacking lift trucks with operating platform. Replaces ISO 6292-1:1981 and ISO 6500:1980.
