Scope

This document outlines the conceptual framework and methodology for linking abstract concepts between BIM and GIS standards to facilitate BIM/GIS interoperability.

This document provides the mechanisms to establish links between abstract concepts in both domains in terms of metamodels, abstract conceptual schemas and application schemas.
